All information collected as outlined in Section 1 is not kept for longer than necessary:

· Contractual documents and the personal data held within them will be deleted 6 years after the end of the contract, which is the maximum period within which a dispute might occur based on legal requirements.

· Personal data held outside a contract will be deleted if we have not had interactions for a 24-month period.

· Retention for legal claims: your personal data may be retained for longer if we are involved in a legal claim or dispute. In such circumstances, data will be deleted as soon as the claim or dispute is resolved.

However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
