Finding my own voice has been the work of my life — as an occupational therapist, through a Master's in psychotherapy, coaching (EMCC accredited), and an MBA in Strategic Leadership. Bespoke consultancy, projects and workshop programmes focused on empowerment and self-discovery.
My day rate starts at £850 and covers delivery, up to five hours with your team. Design, preparation and materials are costed separately in your proposal, so you always see the full investment before we begin, with no surprises later.
Every engagement is unique. I'll tailor a proposal around what you're trying to achieve and the unique selling points waiting to be uncovered in your team. Let's start with a conversation.
Keynotes & Speaking
Talks that help healthcare professionals recognise their strengths, find their voice and lead authentically, drawing on my leadership journey and lived experience.
Virtual talks and sessions start from £350. In-person keynotes start from £650, plus travelling time and expenses; always estimated for your approval before anything is booked. All speaking fees include preparation, delivery and Q&A, and I'll always shape the session around your audience.
Coaching, Mentoring & Supervision
Coaching, mentoring and clinical supervision are essential for empowerment and self-discovery; this is where we identify your USP and get to work on it.
- Self-funded individuals: from £150 per session
- Organisation-funded: from £300 per session, with packages available for multi-session programmes and for cohorts of four or more

How I Work
Payment is taken in advance. Coaching, mentoring and advisory work is delivered online unless we agree otherwise. Sessions are only recorded by prior agreement, in line with GDPR. Training is quoted separately. Travel and accommodation are charged at cost, and anything outside the UK is estimated for your approval before arrangements are made.
